How It Works

A fiber cable is connected to your home via a fiber unit mounted on the side by your other utilities. A cable then runs from the fiber unit and connects to a power adaptor/wireless router inside.

Here's what to expect:

• We verify that your address is within our coverage area.
• We contact you to discuss specifics and schedule an installation date.
• Prior to your installation date, we will contact a utility markings company to have your underground utilities marked.
• The fiber line will be buried within a week following the utility marking being complete (weather permitting).
• A grey or white box will then be mounted on the side of your home, typically where your other utility boxes are located. This box serves as the outside connection intake point to your new fiber optic service.
• On the day of the installation, technicians will arrive within a 2 hour window to install the modem inside your home. A line will be run from the box outside to your wireless router located inside. *

Upgrade Options

Wireless Router: A WiFi 6 wireless router is included for free with your installation. These units are built to serve an averaged side house. Large houses, houses with lots of walls, houses that have had additions added may require additional coverage (see mesh extenders below).

Mesh Extenders: You can add mesh extenders to our managed WiFi service to cover any dead or hard to reach spaces in your home. Our mesh extenders have the same features as our managed WiFi service for easy support when you need help. You can purchase each extender for a onetime fee of $95 or rent each unit. Installation included.

Landline Phone: Customer may also add-on residential VoIP phone services for $10/month. Our VoIP phone service features unlimited local and long-distance calling with standard calling features (i.e. call forwarding, call blocking, and caller ID). Business Phone starts at $40/m.
